Dr. Kevin O’Grady

Dr. Kevin O’Grady is a fully certified Plastic Surgeon by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada and is a Staff Plastic Surgeon in Richmond Hill, Ontario. Born and raised in a small Northern Ontario community, Dr. O’Grady doesn’t practice with the usual hustle and bustle of the big city. When you come to see Dr. O’Grady, you can expect to see him every time for your appointment. Although the office can sometimes be a busy place, Dr. O’Grady strives to spend as much time with patients as possible and ensures that all of your questions are answered before you leave. He completed his five years of Plastic Surgery training at McMaster University, followed by a year of Fellowship training in Craniofacial Surgery at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre and Breast Reconstruction and Aesthetic Breast Surgery at Women’s College Hospital, both University of Toronto Teaching Hospitals. Prior to medical school at the University of Toronto, Dr. O’Grady earned a Master’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering from the Institute of Biomedical Engineering at the University of Toronto. He also holds an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Waterloo.

Dr. O’Grady’s practice is a mixture of both Reconstructive and Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. Dr. O’Grady feels that this balance is an effective method for transferring knowledge and skills between two distinct disciplines within Plastic Surgery. Aesthetic patients benefit from lessons learned from reconstructive procedures in the same way that advances in cosmetic procedures lead to better reconstructive results.
